Oweeee my leggys hurt. I dont have time to post a long message but yeah, lots of uni work, went to gran canaria. Training been a bit lame last month or so, aching like a beast from doing fairly little yesterday before gym. Ouchie.

Just a few words to say bravo for your hard work. We miss some parkour videos or pictures from you. I've just read a comics from Man, http://mancomic.blogspot.com that reminds me your 2006 training video. If you can read Spanish or French you should have a look at the book...
