howdy. i was you video, its cool. you've improved loads since i last saw you, good work! some of the cats on the vid were impressive, and just in general your style and flow of moves is much better.
as for tuch planches, i think your supposed to keep your arms straight. it hurts a lot more with arms straight so it must be right! tuck planches are really tough, i've got about 25 seconds so far. i made some parallettes, they definately help cos it doesn't mash your wrists as bad and allows a bit more leg drooping, although thats not ideal it sometimes helps to let your legs drop and bit but hold the position for longer
keep up the good work and good luck with exams and that,
Thanks for the comments, as for the tucked planches, it makes no difference to my hold time whether my arms are straight or slightly bent, but i have quite severe hyperextended elbows so I naturally bend them a little. 25 seconds, you and Jin are on par. :P
lol, i doubt me and jin are on par. i got 30 seconds in the garden yesterday but it was pretty rubbish position. oh have you been on beastskills.com , its a cool website with a few different exercises similar to tuck planches etc, elbow levers are fun!
